Sujan alleges 'loot' going on in
government departments

Kolkata, Feb 16 :  CPI-M leader Sujan Chakraborty today alleged that an 'astounding' amount of over Rs 12 lakh had been earmarked for the repair of 10 mikes which were damaged during the scuffle inside the Assembly recently.

Alleging earlier in the Assembly that there was a loot going on in government departments, Chakraborty said he would take up a challenge, if asked by the Speaker in writing, that the repair cost would not be more than Rs 12,000.

Speaker Biman Banerjee shot back at Chakraborty and gave him two days to prove his point by real action.
